We recently purchased the Helix Midnight Luxe Mattress (King) with the GlacioTex cooling cover, and we’ve been extremely happy with it so far.
The comfort level is outstanding. It has a great balance—not too soft, not too firm—and provides excellent support whether sleeping on your back or side. We’ve both noticed a reduction in tossing and turning, and it feels very stable with no residual bounce, which was important to us.
The cooling feature truly works. One of us tends to sleep hot, and this mattress has made a noticeable difference in staying comfortable through the night.
The build quality is also impressive. It’s clearly a well-constructed, high-quality mattress. It is heavy and substantial, which gives confidence in its durability. As expected with a modern hybrid, no box spring is needed, and it sits perfectly on our platform storage bed.
Overall, this feels like a true luxury mattress at a good value. We’ re very satisfied with the purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, support, and cooling in one package
We love the new mattress……it fits our bodies perfect…. . we saw the Helix on the Blue Gabe YouTube channel and it looked like we wanted…. . went to the web site and answered the questions to find what mattress we needed…. . ordered it and was delivered in a week as well as updates to let us know when it would show up…. . slept on it the first night and had a good restful sleep!

Finally upgraded to a king size bed and couldn’t be happier! The Helix Midnight medium firmness was perfect for me and my husband who prefers more firm was even surprised how comfortable it is for him! I’m also loving the cooling top but we’ll see how it holds up when summer comes!
I replaced my previous mattress with the helix and initially thought it would be too thick for my bed, but it actually looks really good! I can tell it’s a high quality mattress and it’s so comfortable!! It’s very heavy so definitely took 2 people to move it and put it on my bed. I’m a registered nurse and work 12 hour shifts so a top quality mattress is important to me. It’s just the right soft/firmness. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend!!
We took our time to find the right mattress, and I couldn’t be happier that we did. I’m very sensitive to scents and VOCs, so mattress shopping has always been stressful. My previous mattress was a pricey organic latex model that I thought would be a safe, healthy choice — but it was the complete opposite. The latex odor never fully went away, even after five years, and I kept reacting to it. It ended up being an expensive disappointment and a lesson learned.
Because of that experience, I was nervous about switching to a more conventional mattress, but I decided to take a chance. After letting this Helix mattress off-gas for three days, I slept on it — and to my surprise, there was absolutely no detectable scent at all. I had no reaction to any VOCs, which was an enormous relief.
The comfort is phenomenal. I tend to sleep cold while my husband sleeps hot, and somehow we’re both perfectly comfortable. He’s 6'5", I’m 5'7", and even with our dog sharing the bed, the queen-size gives us plenty of space.
In short, this mattress has exceeded every expectation. It’s incredibly comfortable, free of lingering odors, and a major upgrade in every sense. My only concern now is what we’ll do many years from now when it’s time to replace it — I just hope Helix is still around!
We are enjoying our Helix king mattress. Although no mattress is perfect, we both sleep well.

Purchasing a new mattress is--let's face it--like purchasing an automobile. One goes into the process a bit overwhelmed with the enormous variety of possible mattresses and all their various characteristics. Buying a mattress online seems like a really bad idea. However, I have to say that buying my new mattress from Helix was a pleasure. Although the delivery proved difficult to my upstate New York country address, I worked with the company to effectuate the delivery and removal of old mattress. The mattress itself is a DREAM. I had been suffering from some post-nocturnal back aches and also fitful sleep on my old mattress. These problems are now past-tense. I go to sleep and awake seven hours later fully refreshed. Why did I wait so long? (Answer: it's like buying an automobile, one treads carefully and slowly . . . . ). Thank you Helix fora rejuvenated experience. I am helping a friend purchase their new mattress from the same company in the next few days.
I did NOT love my Helix Midnight Luxe the first few nights I slept on it. I had been sleeping on a nice memory foam mattress for 15 years. The Helix didn't hug me when I crawled into bed, but it also didn't have a hole I needed to climb out of the next morning! My lower back didn't hurt after one night on the Helix. I spent a lot of time and effort researching the many different online mattress options. I must have watched dozens of mattress reviews on YouTube. I did call customer service to ask some questions during the decision process. The people were helpful and thorough. Once I decided which mattress to purchase the process was simple enough. No regrets for this purchase!
Truly IN LOVE with this mattress by helix!! I have had lower back issues for years and was skeptical about a mattress making much of a difference BUT WOW have I been proven wrong.
I could tell on the very first morning after waking that this mattress was sorely needed by my body and I really wish I knew sooner!! I woke feeling less sore than I had in a long time. Which I was truly baffled by as we had to wrestle this mattress into our small loft space and it was quite a full body workout lol!!
My other half has also noticed a change (for the better) in their "wonky hip" so I can definitely say it has worked for us both. The sleep quiz really made it easy to choose which mattress to get and it worked like a charm as we both love it.
Love the bed a little more firm than we like but lots of support we just added a piece of memory foam on top to make it softer but it’s a great bed
Super comfortable, feels cool and works for both me and my husband. We finally are both able to sleep (and our dog too). Was super easy to unpack and didn’t take long to puff up.
Helix came highly recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I listened. I never love a mattress, I struggle with. Back and neck pain as well as being to warm. The second I laid on my Helix I knew I had found the one :) thank you for such a a quality product, 10/10 recommend

30 day check in and I am still loving my new mattress. Very comfortable for both me (side sleeper) and my husband (back sleeper). I am not sweating as much and my hip pain has decrease. Spend the money for your comfort!
We upgraded to a king bed after having the queen version of the midnight luxe. My husband bought it years ago (2018 I think) and we always slept separately because of different sleep needs. Now we have two girls that need to share a room and I can’t sleep in the same room with the baby, so we got a king and are able to sleep together. It’s even more comfortable than the original midnight luxe! We absolutely love it.
Great mattress. We bought it for the new king-size bed our son built for us.
The mattress is great and soft on the surface but provides a firm base and doesn’t let the body sink in.
The delivery was not great. The mattress is in a thin box and was completely destroyed when delivered, making it even harder for me to bring it into my house.
I loveee my new mattress! It's perfect for me and customized to exactly what i need. I use to be so uncomfortable throughout the night but now I wake up ready to go, and never sore!
