Why Two Step Farm buys here
A master-planned community means whole houses to furnish
Two Step Farm is one of the biggest new communities in Montgomery County — about 2,000 acres planned for more than 4,000 homes from nine builders, including Drees, Coventry, David Weekley, Highland and Autograph, with homes selling now. A new build starts empty, and the bedrooms are the first rooms that have to work. We serve Montgomery, Lake Conroe, Conroe, Willis, Bentwater, Walden, April Sound, and Woodforest. Whether you are closing this month or your home is still framing, we will match each room to the right mattress, size and budget, and handle the delivery.
First night in the new house
Order ahead of closing and we will confirm a delivery window for move-in week. Mattresses that need to be ordered usually arrive in 10–14 days — call (936) 506-2934 and we will time it with you.
Full-time residents
Your primary bedroom deserves a proper fitting, not a guess from a product page. Lie down on TEMPUR-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Helix, Sealy and more in the showroom, compare feels side by side, and sleep on the one that fits you.
Guest rooms & visiting family
New Montgomery homes host — in-laws, grandkids, holiday weekends. Durable guest beds and the sheets and protectors that keep them fresh, matched to the room and the budget in the same order.
