Helix Midnight Elite

Dear Felix at Helix, I am thoroughly pleased with my new Helix Midnight Elite. First, it appealed to my visual sense. It's beautiful. Second, the Elite insert is 'saving' my 'sore shoulder' problem of side-sleeping. Third, if I'm lucky enough to have a good sleep (I wear a c-pap, wake 3-4,5 times per night, sometimes cannot fall back to sleep) I wake up 'floating' on my back, deliciously supported by my Helix Midnight Elite mattress.

This extraordinary and incredibly comfortable mattress exceeds all expectations. It's one of the best investments I've made for improving my sleep. It sensorially stimulates my muscles while I relax, helping me fall asleep faster and stay warm longer, without needing extra sheets. Honestly, it's the best thing I've ever bought. Thank you!

This has been a great mattress. This is our first elite model after having come from the lux and we do feel it’s a step up in quality. My wife and I have been sleeping better than ever as a couple. My only criticism is that the bed is physically shorter than the other kings we have had in the past so it doesn’t fit in our bed frame as well. There is about a 2-3 inch gap that we didn’t have before. That’s a minor thing but it’s noticeable enough that I thought I would mention it.

It is the best bed ever!! My husband and I had chronic back pain and has almost cleared up completely. Besides the price being affordable compared to other manufacturers we researched, it feels like sleeping on a cloud.

Worth all the hype and the price point. Very heavy and difficult to move, but I would never go back. The only mattress I've experienced that comes close to this was the mattress at the Ritz in LA.

The bed has been surprisingly supportive and soft at the same time. We thought the edge support would be a bit firmer. We hope the bed lasts a while.

Way too plush. Hurt my neck, and didnt stabilize movement. If youre a medium/firm sleeper this one wont be medium enough. Customer service was decent to start the return but havent gotten back to me since.

After a lot of research, I decided on the Helix Midnight Elite, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first night, I noticed a huge difference in comfort and support. The mattress has a plush, hotel-quality feel while still providing excellent support for my back and shoulders.

I’m primarily a side sleeper, and the pressure relief has been outstanding. I wake up feeling well-rested without the aches and stiffness I had with my previous mattress. It also sleeps cool throughout the night, which is a big plus here in Texas.

The build quality is excellent, and you can tell this is a premium mattress. If you’re looking for a luxury mattress that’s comfortable, supportive, and helps you get a great night’s sleep, I highly recommend the Helix Midnight Elite. It has been worth every penny.

Great mattress but it did have a musty smell to it.

Initially ordered the Midnight Elite. My husband found the mattress okay (not great, just so-so), but I was rather uncomfortable. It felt much firmer than it had in the store where we tried it. We tried all the tricks to loosen up the mattress to no avail. We gave it 30 days which Helix requires - which is to say I didn’t sleep well for those 30 days often tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. We went mattress shopping again but decided to try the softer version of Helix. After contacting customer service, they sent out the Sunset Elite topper to replace the Midnight Elite one. The Sunset is Helix’s softer version of the Midnight. Both my husband and I found the Sunset to be much more comfortable and have slept better as a result. I hope it doesn’t become too soft over time though. Overall, we are happy with our purchase at this point. 4 stars because it is rather pricey to rate an 8 out of 10 in my book.

I LOVE my mattress!! I have noticed less back and hip pain. I was impressed with the under promise and over delivery of Helix. And I have touted this mattress to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much!!

Far less to no morning back aches, much better starts to the days.

The mattress is very comfortable and has met our expectations and then some. We selected a King size and adding a foundation to the mattress on our bedframe added just the right amount of support in the center improving our satisfaction with the feel of the mattress.

Best mattress we have ever owned! My husband says he has less aches and pains when he wakes up in the mornings. No wonder they can offer the 120 day trial. No way would I want to return my mattress. We love it!

I had not known that the midnight would be so squishy. My hips were having issue. I contacted Helix at day 29 and requested the Twighlight top. 10 days later I received the top at not charge. Ive been sleeping great and my hip pain is much less.

Great mattress, took a while for the cooling pad layer to even out but after that it was chill

The Helix Midnight Elite has been the perfect upgrade. Whatever back problems that came from my mattress are gone now. I'm a back/side sleeper. Perfect amount of sink/settling, perfect support. I sleep alone so no review of other aspects of a mattress when sleeping with a partner.

Awesome Mattress!!

We're thinking it maybe to soft.

Wow, what a mattress! We were skeptical about buying a higher end mattress but decided it was worth the investment if it delivered the blissful sleep that was promised in the reviews. It does. We sleep so soundly that we hardly move at all.
Took maybe a night or two to adjust to it and from then on it’s only been awesome. Our only complaint is that it has become harder to sleep on less comfortable beds (and we travel a lot).

i've done a lot of research on mattresses and this one was a keeper

I have had many different mattresses in my 71 years and the Helix Midnight Elite is the most expensive mattress I have purchased, but the best mattress we have ever had. My wife's back problems went away after the first week. We both sleep all night now where before we would wake up a minimum of 2 times a night. Absolutely the best purchase we have ever made in a mattress.

I am mostly satisfied with the mattress. It is very comfortable and feels like it envelopes you. My only point of dissatisfaction is that the topper slides a little, maybe an inch, toward the side where my husband who is 70 pounds heavier sleeps and I need to reposition it in the morning when I make the bed. That’s awkward and heavy for me. It comes in two boxes so the topper isn’t connected to the foundation. That made it easier to get upstairs but the white glove option was very helpful and I would recommend it especially if you have a second floor bedroom. Two strong men were absolutely necessary to get it into our bedroom. BTW, the guys who delivered it were very professional and did a great job.

This is simply the best mattress I’ve slept on.

Very happy with my mattress so far. I've been sleeping much better, no more pressure points or joint pain.
