Helix Twilight Elite

Got it for my husband, he needed a firmer mattress and although a lot thicker than our last mattress it is firm! Not all stars because it has been a HUGE adjustment for me and I'm not sleeping well... Hard to get to sleep, but once I am it is good, mostly... I still need time to adjust. However, it is worth it because he is loving it and getting good sleep, waking up feeling rested and not beat up like on our other mattress. I can't wait to adjust and live it too, but I'm being optimistic for now.

This mattress is MORE than what I had imagined! It's versatile design support gave me IMMEDIATE relief from sciatica and cancer pain. Literally, fell asleep in a matter of minutes on the FIRST NIGHT (purchased in Sept 2025). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! PS - I previously slept on a high quality gel memory foam mattress.

Love this mattress!! Right amount of support while still feeling like a “nest”. It is different than any other mattress we have had before and took a little while to get used to it. Can’t explain why it took getting used to but we love it in the end. Will buy another when the time comes.

My husband and I bought our first Helix a few years ago. He is a VERY large man (think pro basketball player size). His side of the mattress started sagging. I sent pics to Helix. Not only did they replace it- no questions asked- they actually sent us an upgraded model at no additional cost because our original mattress had been discontinued. We have slept so comfortably and soundly. A world of difference! We are definitely huge fans of Helix and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone!!!

I feel like I am still waiting for this mattress to soften just a bit more. I sleep primarily on my side and wish there were just a little more pressure point relief. I usually prefer a firm mattress. My lower back has less pain. I was going back and forth on whether to try the midnight elite. My husband has this on his split king side and really likes it. The twilight elite is definitely much better than my old mattress!

Not as firm as we were expecting and already showing some sinking within just a few months. My husband definitely has less back pain from the old mattress but I imagine any new one would do. It has not helped me.

I am disappointed with the topper that covers the mattress. It shifts around and I have difficulty getting comfortable. I have back and hip issues and I was hoping for a firm and stable mattress.

It’s comfortable, but I would have expected better fit and finish for $4k. I’ve slept on some cheaper high end competitors and it’s a lot more expensive for a little bit better experience.

Overall, mattress is fine. Coat was a bit high for value. Sleep hasn’t really improved liked I had hoped. I do prefer a firm mattress, but there is something about this mattress that just misses the mark compared to comparably priced store mattresses.

It's my 81 year old body. I wake up with almost all my whole body feeling like I had a great night sleep. Now the age related destruction of my lower back, that is something no one could make a bed for that. So I sleep 3/4 of the night in the Helix, the other 1/4 in a Lazy Boy with a more precise lumbar support. On the weekend, I sleep the entire night in the Helix. Thank You

10/10 the best sleep I’ve ever gotten.

Even when I only get 4 hours of sleep some nights, it’s a restful sleep compared to my old mattress

We love this mattress. However, the ordering, purchasing and delivery processes were a nightmare. Online orders wouldn’t process correctly, a duplicate order was submitted AND shipped, 3 orders were charged and refunded, and there was little coordination between the mattress and bed orders. The headaches were enormous.

Super happy with Helix ‘s customer support . Thank you ! The beds are a different matter . Once again our Elite Twilight Luxe way too firm and caused bad pressure points . Tossing and turning all night . What a pity that Helix change the design of their beds recently because the first two Helix Mattresses we own were the best beds we ever slept on ( before they started to sag ) Again looking to find a latex topper to make it work but since the bed it so tall , no sheet will fits if you add additional toppers . I am really frustrated by our bed situation and so hope to find a more comfortable bed. .

So far, I like this bed. Only concern is how long it wail stand up. It’s different from any mattress we’ve had before. But it is very comfortable.

I'm just not sure about the firmness. Originally that's what I thought would be best, but it may be just a little too firm.

The best bed that money can buy. I went from sleeping terribly (using an expensive mattress from another brand) to sleeping soundly every night. I've even started to dream again!

We needed a firmer option when we replaced our old mattress and we are happy with this. Me and the wife have lower back tightness and this helps to mitigate that.

We’re happy with the Helix Twilight Elite. Firm enough and comfortable. We originally had the Midnight Luxe and it was too soft.

It’s too hot. Other than that, comfortable. This mattress said it’s made with a cooling layer, but definitely gets hot after a few hours.

This bed was a great upgrade from our last. My husband was having a lot of back pain prior and this has helped that for him. It was a little confusing to set up with which layers were which.

I am finally sleeping on the mattress. I’m getting a comfortable sleep.
